The constitution
Why It’s Free.
Not an introductory posture. The free layer is written into the product’s own constitution.
A homeowner searching at eleven at night, with money already gone, should meet the public record, not a form asking who they are. That is the situation this product was built for, and it is why the answer comes first, free, the same for everyone.
Checking a license and reading the learning material are free, require no account, and are the same for everyone.
From the Doctrine
No account, no email address, and no sign-in. The result is the same for everyone.

What Holds It in Place
Nothing anyone could pay changes what is shown, checked, or warned. Under Verifiant’s own constitution the free resource layer cannot become paid later; the limits on this site are abuse control that no payment lifts, and the pages carry no payment path. Changing any of this is a formal amendment, not an edit.
What Is Counted
Anonymous reads of each lesson, and nothing else. No reading history is associated with you.
Free Means Now, Too
The check is one field and one button, and the whole catalog is open. Nothing on this site will ask you who you are.
